Each pack contains 2 packets of sauce. The packets have a good amount for one portion of pasta (great for a single person!). There's a few bits of ham in the sauce but very few, so don't expect much on that front.
The sauce is very creamy and "egg-y" like real carbonara. It doesn't beat homemade carbonara but for the convenience and speed it's a very good alternative.
I will definitely purchase again!
