Made with ultra sharp stainless steel blades this mandoline slicer cuts the cabbage so thin that remembers the fluffy cabbage you eat in a tonkatsu restaurant.
The Shimomura Cabbage Shredder and Slicer is wide enough to cut a whole cabbage. The holder is used for safely cutting the small parts of the remaining cabbage.
