A mirin (sweet rice wine) made by Japanese alcohol manufacturer Takara. Made with 100% Japanese rice and alcohol without artificial seasonings.
Serving as a secret ingredient, a malted rice enhances the sweetness and umami the rice originally has, giving a body taste on any dish.
A central part of the bottle has a slightly hourglass figure designed to fit your hand nicely, ensures easy gripping, pouring, and squeezing.
A two-stage flip-top makes the adjustment of pouring easier: for a spoonful amount use the upper narrow mouth, for a cupful amount use lower wide mouth.
