Teraoka is a shoyu (soy sauce) brewer found on Hiroshima in western Japan that inherits traditional barrel brewing methods as well as production of an authentic soy sauce.
This soy based Japanese dressing is made using organic onions grown at Teraoka’s organic farm.
It is sweet and tangy, and is packed with mellow onion flavor. This is a dressing that even children can enjoy.
Ideal for salads, carpaccio and meat dishes.
There is an inside plug that prevents the contents from leakage before use. You need to open it first before using this product.
To do so, twist the cap clockwise until you hear a clicking noise.
Then twist the cap anticlockwise, and it is ready to use.
