Tsujiri is a green tea and matcha specialty store established in 1860 in Kyoto. Their philosophy remains the same as in the beginning, to offer the best quality green tea in the market. In order to achieve this they only use green tea harvested in Uji and still use traditional grinding techniques that enhance the flavor and aroma of matcha.
Serve either hot or cold, but highly recommended to have it in a cold tea.
Empty the contents of one packet into a glass, dissolve with 120ml of cold water and stir. Add ice cubes (approx. 70g) and stir well to chill.
For iced citrus green tea: Place one packet of powder in a cup, add 120ml of cold water and stir well. Add approx. 70g of ice cubes with squeezed lemon/orange/lime juice and stir well again.
