Easy to apply, no sticky feeling even after removing the sheet. You can use this product during both bedtime and daytime.

Take one sheet and apply to the heel before going to bed.
Next morning the heel skin will be peeled off and smooth.
Repetitive re-sticking may lead to decrease in adhesive strength. Avoid re-sticking once applied.

I really like these pads! Honestly, I didn't have high hopes for these when I first purchased them but I was really surprised by their effectiveness. I have dry and cracked heels, I only used these pads once overnight and my heels are so much softer now. I'm definitely going to keep using them.
