This koikuchi soy sauce is naturally brewed for a long period and freshly extracted. It has a mild taste compared with the ordinary soy sauces due to the long term fermentation. This makes the soy sauce easy to eat that it can match with any kind of dishes.

Packaged in large quantities which is designed to enjoy the taste of genuine Japanese soy sauce sufficiently.

Teraoka is a shoyu (soy sauce) brewer found on Hiroshima in western Japan that inherits traditional barrel brewing method as well as production of an authentic soy sauce.

Instructions

You can use this soy sauce as a condiment. It is also okay to use it as a base ingredient of soup, sauce, and hot pot.

Its rich taste goes perfect with sashimi, cold tofu, grilled fish, and more.
