    Works ...

I've seen this design over the years and I finally bought one ... now I wish I bought it years ago. It's simple to use, not hard to handle and it's light weight unlike the hemostats I use to use.

    Good quality, hold well

These are great, the tips are sharp and hold the pin bones very well. My only criticism is they are a little less rigid than I would have liked. That would help make these a bit easier to initially grab the bone as sometimes it’s hard to tell because of the flex, if that makes sense. Other than that they are fairly sharp on the edges and hold while you extract the pin bone so that you don’t damage the fillet.
