Morinaga Collagen Skim is a powdered collagen supplement that also contains calcium as its base ingredient. Add some scoops of this powder to a cup of drink if you wish to increase your collagen or calcium intake.
Add 4 tablespoonfuls of Collagen Skim to water, and mix it well. You can serve this product either hot or cold. It can also be mixed with other foods.
If you wish to have a hot drink, it is recommended to use hot water of 60~70 degrees: if it is too hot the powder will not dissolve well.
