I'm on tretinoin which means I need a lot of moisture and a good routine to protect my skin barrier. I added this at night. Before I'd wake up in the morning to my skin feeling dry but after this, it would feel a bit more supple. It's a little sticky which I don't like because I sleep on my side so it gets between me and the pillow but it's a gel so what do I expect.
