Ⓐ Our office and distribution center are located in Nishinomiya City, right in front of Osaka Bay in Japan.

 

Ⓠ ARE YOUR ITEMS GENUINE?

Ⓐ We only source genuine and authentic items made by real Japanese brands, so you can be sure that the item you receive is the real deal.

In order to control the product traceability we make sure that all the inbound process remains in-house. This means that all of our items are directly purchased from Japanese suppliers or manufacturers, then manually inspected and finally shipped worldwide from our warehouse in Osaka Bay.

During the inbound process no other 3rd parties are involved nor we acquire products distributed through unknown operators.

 

Ⓠ CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

Ⓐ If your parcel has not been dispatched and you need to change or cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. We will immediately cancel the order or make any changes you require.

In case, your parcel has already been dispatched from our facilities we cannot cancel the order anymore. However, in some cases you can still return the product and get a refund.

 

Ⓠ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Ⓐ All orders are shipped between 1 to 3 business days.

 

Ⓠ WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Ⓐ Economic Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

While economic shipping is free for most of the destination countries we strongly recommend to upgrade the shipping method to Express Mail Service.

EMS is a top speed and safe international mail service with an estimate transit time of only 3 to 8 business days from Japan.

Ⓠ WHAT ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES IN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Ⓐ An international order might be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
