Befco Seto Shio Senbei are a well known crunchy Japanese fried rice crackers.
These senbei contain small shrimps added while kneading the dough. Japanese sea water salt (shio) from Seto Islands has also been added to enhance the flavor of the crackers.

These have a nice texture but the flavor is very weak/bland. They basically taste like plain lightly salted rice crackers with an occasional touch of shrimp flavor. I can't really recommend these. They're not offensive in any way, but are definitely the worst shrimp crackers I've ever had.
