Riken Dried Wakame is a seaweed with multiple health benefits that has been domestically cultivated and processed in Japan.
This Japanese seaweed is the king of alkaline foods! Rich in vitamins, minerals, especially iodine, and dietary fiber, wakame is a big source of healthy nutrients.
Wakame can be prepared in a variety of ways. Due to its versatility and mild flavor, you may include Wakame into soups, salads, noodles, etc., and by using your imagination create entirely new dishes.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Take some dried seaweed and add water.
After a few minutes (3-5 min) it will expand and soften (expands about 20 times when soaked in water).
Drain the water for best texture and add to any dish (salads, soups, noodles, etc.)
