    Tsubuan is a type of anko (red bean paste) and is prepared by boiling and sweetening the red beans. It has a chunky texture and sweet taste.

    For preparing this Tsubuan high quality azuki (red beans) and sugar from Hokkaido have been used.

    Azuki beans is a healthy ingredient containing many functional ingredients such as dietary fiber, iron and polyphenols.

    DIRECTIONS OF USE:

    Use for making desserts and Japanese sweets such as Anmitsu, Daifuku, Dango, Dorayaki, Zenzai, Taiyaki, Manju or Yokan
