Tojiro Pro Sharpener is a pro-use kitchen knife sharpening tool for people who sharpen kitchen knives on a regular basis. It is made of stainless steel and has two different settings.
A pull-through slot labeled with the kanji “荒砥” and one-dot mark is suitable for coarse sharpening while another one with a description of “仕上” and two-dots mark is for finishing or medium grinding.
The bottom of this handheld knife sharpener is made with a slip-proof elastomer, so you can use it on wet kitchen counters.
Unlike normal whetstones, this product does not require you to prepare water to perform sharpening.
