Yamaki Shiro Dashi is made with a bonito stock base that adds umami, savour and aroma to any dish without changing the color of food or ingredients.
It is a concentrated soup base, so you can simply dilute the Dashi with water.
Only carefully chosen and quality katsuoboshi (dried bonito flakes) is used for making the soup stock.
