The Nulu Butter Knife has been designed by H-Concept’s Aya Sunaguchi for Yoshikawa Co.’s EAトCO brand.
The handle is angled, so it is easy to run the knife flat across the slab of butter.
One edge of the blade is serrated and perforated so that it shreds off thin curls of butter.
The other edge is gently serrated so that it can also be used for spreading butter or for scraping off the charred parts of a burned toast.
Recommended to use with the EAトCO Butter Case Container
This is an excellent knife for cutting cold butter which I like. So much better than other knives I have tried. Thank you.
Gave this as Christmas gift this year. Works really well with chilled butter
