Fundokin Green Yuzu kosho is a Japanese fermented condiment originated in Kyushu, the south end island of Japan. It is made with yuzu citrus peel, chili pepper, and salt featuring tangy flavor and pleasantly refreshing feeling even if used with the greasy dishes.

Trivia: kosho refers to "black pepper" in Japan. The reason black pepper is not included in yuzu kosho is in Kyushu dialect, kosho usually refers to "chili pepper".
