Important information during COVID-19 pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced governments and international authorities to take actions to limit the spread of the virus. Some of these unprecedented measures are city lockdowns, people movements restrictions, business closures, etc.
This has consequently affected global trade and supply chain causing delayed deliveries, major disruptions, unexpected transit halts and more.
Our shipping options and services have also been drastically limited. In this regard, most of the national postal services around the world have been halted thus we cannot offer free shipping or economy shipping during this period.
Shipping method during COVID-19
To deliver your goods during the pandemic we will only use expedited shipping services (FedEx Priority, DHL Express...)
We will choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value and destination of your order.
All carriers we work with have top speed and safe international mail shipping services for sending goods internationally.
The estimated transit time for Expedited Shipping is from 6 to 12 business days depending on the final destination.
