    Returns Policy

    About Our Returns Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) with the following conditions and exceptions:

    • Item(s) must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
    • If the items are in an acceptable condition, we will offer you a full refund (excluding original postage cost when applicable) for the returned item(s).
    • A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
    • We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect shipping address issues, continued absence of the recipient or unpaid import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

    Food & Beverages

    • Food & Beverage items are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
    • Contact Customer Service in the unlikely case of a defective or damaged item.

    Health (Drugstore)

    • Health related products including supplements, dietary supplements, medicines and medical devices are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged. 
    • Contact Customer Service in the unlikely case of a defective or damaged item.

    How to Return Your Item

    • After receiving the item, contact us within 7 days with your original order number and reason for the return.
    • The return window is 30 days from delivery date.
    • Package the item(s) along with all the original packaging & accessories.
    • Return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
    • It can take up to 4 weeks for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to appear in your account.
