This Japanese whey protein has been produced using a unique mixing and granulation process to produce a highly soluble protein powder that dissolves instantly in a shaker, cup or glass, leaving behind no lumps.
Using the enclosed spoon, dissolve four level spoonfuls of product in 250ml of milk, soy milk or water, for a 20g serving of protein.
Consume immediately once dissolved.
