Mizkan Oigatsuo Tsuyu Soup Base 400ml
Mizkan Oigatsu Tsuyu is a Japanese condiment made with dashi (broth or bouillon) extracated from dried bonito flakes and blended with other ingredients such as soy souce, vinegar, shiitake mushrooms and seaweed among others.
With Mizkan Oigatsu Tsuyu you can enrich any Japanese dish or simply use it as a dipping sauce for Udon noodles, Soumen noodles or Tempura.
It has the aroma of bonito dashi and the flavor of umami.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Use this Japanese condiment according to each dish;
- As a dipping sauce for cold noodles (1:1): Add the same amount of water as the amount of Tsuyu Soup Base.
- As a soup for hot noodle (1:3): Add 3 times more of hot water than Tsuyu Soup Base.
- As a dip sauce for Tempura (1:2): Add 2 times more of water than Tsuyu Soup Base.
