Yuskin

Yuskin Pharmaceutical is a long-established Japanese skincare brand best known for its signature medicated cream, Yuskin. The brand was founded in 1957 after its founder recognized the need for an effective hand cream that was not greasy, a rare concept at the time.

After two years of research and collaboration with a University of Tokyo professor, Yuskin developed a non-sticky cream that transformed Japan’s skincare market. It offered deep moisture without heavy oils, setting a new standard for medicated creams.

Yuskin’s formula has remained largely unchanged. Its yellow color comes from vitamin B2, while dl-camphor provides a light, calming scent and helps improve circulation. The cream is trusted for cracks, chapped skin, chilblains, and severe dryness.
