Arahataen Fukamushicha is a ready-to-serve green tea obtained by deep steaming Shizuoka green tea leaves.
Fukamushi means deep steaming which literally steams the tea leaves for a longer period than for ordinary green tea. By doing this, this green tea has greater astringency, vivid green color, and richer catechins than its normal counterparts.
The package is resealable so you can keep the content fresh and hygienic. The triangular teabags have neither tags nor string so you can put them into the teapot right away.
For hot tea, place one tea bag into the pot and add 200ml of hot water. Wait for 1 ~ 2 minutes, stir the water lightly, and it is ready to serve.
For cold tea, put one or two tea bags into a tea server and add 1 liter of cold water. Let it sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
