The barley leaves of this Aojiru powder (also called Japanese green juice) are cultivated without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers, in Oita Prefecture, Japan.
Besides vegetables it also contains fruits juice for extra nutrients and to make the taste milder.
This Aojiru powder has been made using a freeze-drying technique at a factory of the Asahi Group. With this manufacturing process all the nutrients and flavor are less likely to be lost.
