Befco Nagisa Arare Rice Crackers Soy Sauce Flavor is a type of hard rice snack that has been marketed in Japan for 50 years without changing its recipe or ingredients. Try this snack to discover the true nature of classic Japanese snacks

This bite-sized rice cracker is tougher than its counterparts, so you can enjoy its strong crunchiness and its crunchy sound every time you chew it.

The crackers are seasoned with two kinds of tamari soy sauce and are luxuriously glazed with them twice. As a result, it has an intense flavor of soy sauce.

    Nagisa Rice Crackers

I had ordered several different brands of Rice Crackers as I couldn't tell which ones were the ones I liked. My mom was from Japan and my sister and I LOVED rice crackers. Since there are no Japanese or Asian stores near my home, I thought I would give Japanese Taste a try. This particular brand and type of cracker bring back childhood memories for me! I am almost 70 years old and I actually ordered multiple bags to share with my kids and hide some away for myself! The flavor and crunchiness are heavenly!!
