Choko Kakepon is a Japanese ponzu sauce made with high quality non-GMO soy sauce, a dash of Japanese brewed vinegar and organic Yuzu fruit from Kochi, Japan.
It has a savory taste and refreshing and rich aroma of yuzu citrus, making it the perfect seasoning for salads, vegetables, meat and fish. It goes particularly well with red meat, and as a dipping sauce for tuna and salmon sashimi.
Natural, non-gmo and free of synthetical chemicals, this sauce is great for drizzling and for dipping.
Simply use it as a seasoning or dressing for sashimi, salad, fish, meat, tofu, hot pot, tempura or any other dish of your choice.
