House Extra Hot Rayu Oil is a Japanese seasoning oil used as a dumpling dipping sauce or to add flavor to ramen, soups, salads and other dishes you like.
Seasoned with Japanese sesame oil, chili pepper, and ginger, it is rich in umami and powerful in spice. This particular rayu oil has had the heat turned up a notch by the addition of extra chilli pepper extract.
The container has a one-push botton on its top, which allows you to adjust the pouring amount of this rayu easier.

I cooked mabo tofu (mapo tofu) and added this red mayu. Wow!! So flavorful. My tongue was tingling with the spice--Sichuan pepper.
