The ginger flavor is not strong enough for me. I prefer a stronger flavor. I like simple ingredients and fairly healthy sweets. I enjoyed tasting these candies with burdock root tea. The bitter and sweet flavors blend together wonderfully, and it's also good for your health!!!!!
