This is one of Kewpie's seasoning oils with garlic and togarashi red pepper flavors. By just mixing this product with boiled pasta, cabbage, eringi (royal trumpet) mushroom, and sausage, you can easily make a wonderful peperoncino without adding other condiments.
Kewpie garlic togarashi oil also contains olive oil, pork extract, anchovy sauce, mushroom extract, and powdered scallop extract. These ingredients bring out the flavor of garlic and red chili, making this pasta oil tastier and richer.
It can be also used for other dishes like ajillo, pilaf, and chicken rice with no need to go beyond your home kitchen. Use it also as condiment for vegetables, meat, and seafood to enhance the flavor of these dishes.
The scale marks engraved on the bottle makes it easy to pour the cooking oil per serving (each serving accounts for approx. 30ml, or two tablespoonful of oil).
- Shake the bottle well, then pour the oil on the frying pan and heat it.
- Stir-fry the vegetables, meat, or seafood according to your preferences.
