I gave this product a bad review last time, as my wife has no improvement in her menopausal symptoms after taking the first bottle. However, when she continued to take the fourth bottle, her symptoms began to get better. Now her symptoms have not completely disappeared, but got improved significantly. Therefore, I want to review this product again. I think this product is worth recommending, but you must understand before buying that this is a health care product and not an official medicine. The former has slow results but few side effects, The latter works quickly but has obvious side effects.
