God knows how, but these arrived with one of the boxes having been chewed open by mice/rats. When I told the company they refunded me for the one box and not the whole tray, as if it’s totally chill and normal to eat something that was tampered with by rodents. I don’t want to imagine what their storage building looks like and I won’t be ordering again

How do you usually packed the boxes? I received my order not sealed. It was not same as the packaging shown above. I ordered 2 boxes and it was not been packaged separatelyby 10's. I received loose and been put all together in an ordinary brown box . However the delivery was fast!
