Here is another furikake (Japanese seasoning flake) from Mishima. This one regenerates a flavor of spicy cod roes (fish eggs).
The product consists of dehydrated cod roes with various seasonings mainly a hot pepper. This pungent taste suits very well with a range of dishes.
The basic way to use this is to sprinkle it on the cooked rice, rice ball, or fried rice. Also able to use it as a condiment of pasta, salad (esp. potato salad), and pizza. Further, by adding this furikake to mayonnaise, you can make an original dip sauce for veggie sticks.
