Nakamuraya Sichuan Mapo Tofu Sauce Numbing Spicy 150g

Instant sauce with all you need to prepare real Mapo Tofu (Mabo Tofu Sauce).

The sauce contains minced meat, chili peppers and aged Doubanjiang (hot chilli bean paste). All you need to add is tofu, green onion and sesame oil.

Original recipe from Shinjuku Nakamuraya, a Japanese restaurant specialized in Japanese curry and mapo tofu.

Instructions

Prepare 300g of tofu and 20g of green onion and cut them into pieces.

Add the sauce and tofu into a pan and cook with high heat until it reaches to a boil. Then lower the heat to the middle and add green onion.

Add 1 full spoon of sesame oil to finish.
