Tamba Black: Tamba Black is an extra large variety of black soybean that has been grown in Tamba since ancient times. It is known for its pitch-black color, chewy texture and especially delicious taste. It was first distinguished from the standard soybean nearly 1000 years ago.
Tamba Dainagon: Tamba Dainagon is a rare azuki bean variety highly-regarded across Japan due to its high level of sweetness and glossy appearance. Dainagon beans are a treasure of the Tamba region, selected from only the best bean pods.
