Crispy, crumbly sable cookies baked with plenty of Hokkaido butter and cheese, these cookies have a unique aroma and flavor that you just can't pass up. Their unique shape makes them stand out from the crowd.
Baked in the shape of brick grain silos, which are the symbol of Tokachi - the city where Rokkatei was founded. Each cookie is individually wrapped in a package that features a poem written by a child from the Tokachi area.
