With nearly 60 years of history Somi Shantan has been a popular seasoning for cooking Chinese food at home.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
For making soup, put 10g of Somi Shantan and 10g of soy sauce into 270ml of boiling water with other ingredients of your choice.
For fried rice, add 5g of Somi Shantan with 200g of rice.
