I actually was pleasantly surprised when I first tried this product. The gray color blends really well with my black eyebrows and the initial output looked very natural. However, after maybe three uses, it became dry and there would be very little pigment as compared to before (despite keeping the lid on, stored in a drawer). I do feel a little ripped off considering how expensive this was for how little use I got out of it. If it didn't dry out so fast it prob would've been my hg brow product.
