A cooking sake (rice wine) made by Japanese alcohol manufacturer Takara. Made with 100% Japanese rice and alcohol without artificial seasonings.
Contains two different malted rice: yellow and white malted rice. The yellow malted rice added a rich, umami flavor to your dish while the white malted rice produces organic acids which help to remove any unpleasant odors.
It is especially recommended to use this cooking sake when preparing fish dishes, as fish is known to have a unique and distinct odor.
