Pack with 5 types of different Japanese domestic grown seaweeds specially selected for the preparation of salads.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Put some dried seaweed on water and after a while strain well.
Put the seaweed on your favorite dishes; salads, pasta, rice, etc.
I really enjoy using this product to enhance the flavour and appearance of Hawaii-style poke that I make from fresh Ahi tuna. It reminds me of the various fresh seaweeds that I collect and eat when I am in Maui.
This salad is a tasty experience, adding healthy ingredients to your salad and/or Japanese dish. Highly recommended. It would be great if there were larger sets available, but that’s just my stomach adding it’s 2 cents’ and asking for more. :-)
