Generally udon noodles can be served in many ways.
Today we present a particular healthy way of eating udon and tofu. Kizami Udon consists of a bowl of hot broth with udon noodles, deep-fried tofu and green onion (naganegi).
In this case, the deep-fried tofu is slightly toasted and sliced into rectangles. Then the sliced toasted tofu is layed on the top of the noodles among the green onion and chives.
The result is a nutritious, restorative and textured dish!
