It has a rich umami taste extracted from Konbu seaweed, bonito flakes (katsuobushi), vegetables and soy sauce.
Special package developed for professional use. 1 bag contains 800g of powdered stock and can make 20 to 25 liters of soup.
Enjoy authentic Japanese Udon soup by just adding hot water to the powdered soup.
Simply mix the ratio of 8g of powdered stock to 200-250ml of boiled water.
Add the boiled udon noodles to the soup and any other toppings you like and stir well.
