When I'm in the office all day, my face starts feeling dry and irritated in the afternoon, I used to spritz a rose stem cell toner on the face but it really didn't help with the dryness, and this wonderful stick totally does! Because it's not just water, it contains oil(s) but its consistency is amazingly light and smooth, it soothes my face like magic. It being an oil based product, I have yet tried reapplying powder on top of it...I will need to figure that out later. Meanwhile I have no complaints about this product, it's so pleasant to use, I love everything about it, including the packaging.
