Place the comb at the roots of the lashes and slowly sweep upward toward the tips. Apply before your usual mascara if desired. To remove, thoroughly soak the lashes with warm water, then gently cleanse with facial cleanser. When layered with waterproof mascara, use an oil-based eye makeup remover.
