Massage the scalp during daily shampoo to promote blood circulation.

Loosen the scalp from below, especially for the top of the head which tends to be stiff. Massage thoroughly after loosening the area around it.
Finally, press the "Tenchu" (the hollow part of the collar) with your thumb. While gradually applying force, press the acupoint for about 3 seconds and slowly release your finger.

This shampoo is probably one of the best I have ever used. It cleanse your hair very well and yet softens your hair (unlike some shampoo that just strips your hair of its oil). A little pricey yes but for its size you can use it for at least 6 months even if you wash your hair everyday. I do wish they would sell the conditioner too its really good.
