I usually take the pill form. Been taking it for almost 2 years but I wanted to try the liquid form. I noticed though that I feel a bit slightly lightheaded and just a mild chest pain after drinking it but it'll last for at least 15 minutes. Does anyone have the same side effects or does anyone know the full ingredients? Same with their collagen liquid form. The pill form doesn't give me any bad side effects.
