I've been taking Shiseido skin supplement products for many years and used to take the pill form of this product. I had to stop due to difficulty in obtaining these in the States. Japanese Taste came to the rescue by making this product available.
I started drinking 5 days ago, and I've seen my skin improve in texture and it is beginning to even out. I do other skin care routines that helps the efficacy of Shiseido Pure White.
The drink is easier to take than the pills, IMO, but the pills (when I used to take them), were just as effective. The drink has a nice flavor similar to white peaches and lychees.
I'll definitely repurchase.
