It is blended with non-GMO soybeans, hadaka-mugi (naked barley), rice, and nigari (bittern) without any additives. You can experience the taste of nature from this special miso paste.
Tsurumiso uses select ingredients to maximize the flavor generated by the koji (malt) and yeast. As a result, it is easy to eat without feeling tired of it even if you consume it every day.
