How many times in a week do you need to use a mixing bowl? If you cook often, probably quite a few. We use them for baking, we use them for mixing mince to make hamburgers, we use them for all sorts of things.
Conventional mixing bowls have their limitations. Plastic mixing bowls don't look great, and scratch easily, creating a cloudy-looking mess. Cheaper steel mixing bowls dent and warp easily, and end up being more trouble than they're worth. Finally, most mixing bowls are not nearly deep enough, and, especially when baking, a lot of what should be inside the bowl ends up on the countertop.
Enzo wanted to solve all of these problems, so in the pursuit of strength, usability, and beauty, they've developed this range of stylish, durable and long-lasting mixing bowls perfect for any cooking application.
Unhappy with modern mixing bowls getting shallower and shallower, to save on production costs, Enzo decided to prioritize the depth of the bowl, creating a deep, plunging mixing bowl that helps you avoid spillage. Made of thick, strong stainless steel. and with a wide, flat bottom, you can feel stable and secure even with applying force during strong mixing or kneading.
Using spin processing techniques, the bottom of the bowl is thick, while the sides are thinner. This helps to reduce the overall weight of the bowl, and concentrate the weight on the bottom, to enhance stability.
They've used premium 18-8 stainless steel, which is rust and scratch resistant and very easy to clean. The rim of the bowl has a slight lip, with no seams, to prevent food from getting stuck underneath.
