Itsuki Foods Kumamoto Ma-Yu Tonkotsu Ramen is a Kumamoto-style instant ramen with a rich soup flavor mainly obtained by slowly boiling pork bones, chicken, black garlic oil and vegetables.
The ma-yu or black garlic oil combined with the tonkotsu broth adds and extra rich flavor and sweetness to the ramen soup.
Kumamoto is a city located in Kyushu (southern part of Japan) and famous for developing its own tonkotsu ramen style.
The noodles of this Japanese ramen are non-fried, middle-thick and made with carefully selected flour.
Each pack is for 2 servings.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Boil the noodles in 450ml of boiling water for 2.5 minutes.
After 2.5 minutes, stop the heat, and add the powdered soup and seasoning oil bags.
Put the soup and noodles into a bowl and add any toppings of your choice.
